My name is Andres Rojas, I work as a Director of Engineering and Product Development by day and a UX designer by night, currently residing in Atlanta Georgia (USA).
In December of 2010, I obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduating, I started working for a German-owned company, STW Technic.
After the first 3 years of my career as a professional I started developing web applications. I focused on front-end development and quickly gained an interest on understanding the impact of well-designed user interfaces and how they affect people’s emotions. I have held positions in project management and engineering management.
I became very passionate about this subject which drove me to study user experience design. I obtained a certification in UX Design from General Assembly in Atlanta.
